A little about me
After college, I moved into a Hindu ashram in Los Angeles just to get a deeper experience of meditation and I ended up spending sixteen years as a monk.
When I left monastic life in 2011, I went to Yale where I got a Masters in Religion.
During that time, I recognized the need for a meditation practice to help resolve negative feelings, rather than lift above them for some time. This ultimately led me to develop the Self Salutation.
